All coffee products are roasted to order. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the order as "Delivered."
