Return & Refund Policy – Altura Prime Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns may be accepted for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the situation.

Situations Covered

1. Customer Error
If an incorrect address or order detail was provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for replacement costs. Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered for eligible items in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Our Error
If the wrong product, grind, or label is sent due to an internal fulfillment error, we will replace the order at no additional cost.

3. Shipping or Carrier Issues
If an order is damaged or lost in transit, cases will be reviewed individually. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances.

 Please Note
- Coffee products cannot be returned or resold and will be discarded for safety reasons.
- Refunds are not issued for taste preferences or standard roast-to-order processing times.
