Processing & Fulfillment
All coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness and quality.  
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Processing times may be extended during:
- High-volume periods
- Holidays
- Unexpected supply or carrier delays

Once an order has been roasted, packed, and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier performance.

Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control
- Weather, holidays, routing issues, or regional delays may affect transit time

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.”

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Altura Prime Coffee is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address

If an address error is reported after shipment:
- A replacement order may be placed at the customer’s expense

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected arrival date.

We will review each case individually and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Please note:
- Claims involving theft after delivery are handled according to our  
  Package Theft & Delivery Responsibility Policy
- Replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed

If international shipping becomes available in the future:
- Additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer
